They are comfortable bungalows with the typical style of the island, in a quiet area. Simple, with everything necessary, they are very good. Easy to park and well located, close to the tourist area of Caleta de Fuste with everything you need. There is also a supermarket near the complex that you can walk to. pool area is good and pool is large.
Our bungalow was missing one of the doors of the shower, we thought that was punctual and that would happen to put it sooner or later but at least in the duration of our stay was not so, and being 4 each time we bathed it was a nuisance to be cleaning the water that came out of the floor, no matter how much care we had, because neither put the typical small towel for the feet when leaving the shower. Otherwise everything was fine.

b In general: /b Had to change room as the first had infestation of bugs moved into another room and after 4 days I had to go to the office to ask for a cleaner as none had been at all no clean sheets as they only charge them every 8 days overall it’s a cheap low level hotel that I would never go back to. br/

Outstanding value and good location. All staff were always prepared to help to make my stay nice.

The details supplied for our arrival were incorrect so sent to wrong location and required further taxi cost to find correct location. Reported this to reception but they did not seem concerned. Reception only open mornings - beware if you expect to collect your keys other than in the morning this is not stated on your booking/arrival details. Girl in reception did not even know the address of the reception she was stood in! No pool bar (though stated in details there was one). Workmen outside our appartment so could not use patio area privately. Toilet required repair on arrival. This is low cost and therefore expect low quality and poor service. On the up side they did provide us with a free can of cockroach spray for our stay.

I stayed in other complexes charging a similar rate per week in Fuerteventura. Based on this, I was disappointed overall with this complex. We stayed for 2 weeks and after 10 days we had to ask to have our sheets changed, even though it states in the brochure that this is done once a week. We also had problems with our taps in the kitchen and bathroom and running water. Our apartment was left uncleaned for 4 full days and when I brought this to the attention of the reception, the receptionist said that I would have to wait till the following day as my apartment was on the list for Tuesday. I concluded that the apartment would be not be cleaned three times a week as specified as the checkout was 10am Saturday. Our apartment was full of ants, it needed a good lick of paint and was shabby. I found the staff in general somewhat discourteous. I am fluent in 3 languages and am making allowances for linguistic differences. On checking out, the receptionist just handed me my 20 euro deposit back for the remote, proceeded to deal with the next customer and never asked if she could order me a taxi, be of further assistance or whether I enjoyed my stay. This is basic hospitality.I would not return to this complex again. I found their general attitude a lot to be desired. The accommodation in the complex is in need of renovation and a good clean. I do not think it is suitable, even on a budget rate and it is also a fair distance from the centre and the beach.

For the price paid Castillo Beach Park was an excellent place to stay. It had all the basics required. Being in a poolside apartment was a bonus.
No complaints on apartment at all. Complaints about annoyingly noisy neighbours in the next apartment though!

Bungalows comfortable. Gardens well kept, Apartments cleaned a few times during the week. All the basics required. Reception helpful. You get what you pay for.

Great facilities in the bungalow...tv/dvd, toaster, iron, etc. Lovely swimming pool and close (5 min walk) to a nice shopping centre with a supermarket and some bars.

Very clean and cozy, new apartment. It's fully equipted, even has iron, ironing board, coffee mashine, free TV, hairdryer and big boiler. There is free fast wifi internet available in a lobby. Very friendly staff and aparthotel wasn't crouded. If you will rent a car choose this aparthotel.
Location of aparthotel is not so good - it's located on the mountain, and the beach is 20-25 min away from it. Also the noise of landing aircrafts during the day is big. If you do not plan to stay at hotel during the day - it's brilliant choice.
